'Grenada moved to resolve a year-old default on $193 million of bonds, proposing two options to restructure its debt for the second time in a decade. The eastern Caribbean island's first proposal calls for a 60 percent reduction in face value on its $194 million of defaulted bonds originally due 2025, with creditors getting a 6.5 percent interest rate on the balance with coupon payments restarting in November and lasting through May 2029.
